FedUpRealist January numark n4 case 27, 2014 at 10:48 PM letsgetreal...I confused you with Life after PD...I apologize, but I still think your naive at best and a moron at worst for thinking the judicial system isn't corrupt...Example: Every day of the week, judges 'select' which attorneys they 'want' from the 18-B panel...Case calendars are supposed to be called in order yet judges choose/insist to hear certain cases first thing in the morning to get their 'buddies' out, while enemies numark n4 case or those who didn't vote for them are put on the back burner - often purposely, after the lunch break...I've seen decisions made based on who was on 'the other side of the table'...So please don't lecture on whether or not our system isn't corrupt...Your rose-colored glasses are blinding you...
Letsgetreal January 27, 2014 at 10:53 PM I also don't remember saying the judicial system is corrupt. I fully believe numark n4 case it can be. Do I believe it is in this case? No, I do not. I fully respect the idea that it is a possibility but personally do not believe the judge lessened their sentences or let kids free because 2 of them happened to play lacrosse. It is a common trend (not just in this case) that first time offenders will recieve a lenient verdict. Criminal court is based on "innocent until proven guilty" and I fully believe that it is much more likely that the judge couldn't find sufficient evident to indisputably prove that the three that walked were involved in a criminal matter rather than he put his ass on the lines for 3 kids, one of which played lacrosse and he may have known. Respectable argument right?
Life after PD January 28, 2014 at 12:03 AM Where do I begin? Lets start with joe, I guess when you consider 137 blog posts as achievemnts it will be highly unlikely that I will ever surpass him. James Bardon-yes John W. threw the first punch. The defendants no doubt would have testified numark n4 case to this had they chosen to testify. Where are your facts that say that the victim didn't throw the first punch. Obviously we will disagree on this point. Kmack, I strongly believe that John W. threw the first punch. As you have been saying all along it was on facebook. Well so was the accusation of who threw the first punch. Darker side you need better reading comprehension as I have always referred to you as Darker side. It was your Orwellian group think commrade joe thrapp numark n4 case who called you dark side. Watching reruns on TV doesn't count as investigating cases so stop embellishing about your imaginary expertise. Fedup realist you sound more like Andrew Cuomo everyday, to paraphrase"If you don't agree with me, you don't belong numark n4 case here". This is my last post on this as I can no longer deal with the intolerance doled out to anybody who has a differing opinion.
TheDarkerSide January 28, 2014 at 01:36 AM You're just a plant for the defense, Life after McCloud. You just proved it again. Now you're talking about how the defendants would have te
